NIGERIAN AUTHORITIES HAVE LOCATED WANTED BINANCE BOSS IN KENYA

Nigerian authorities claim that Binance executive Anjawalla who escaped from Nigerian custody in March 2022 has been located in Kenya.

Anjawalla was arrested following criminal investigations into activities of cryptocurrency firm Binance.

Anjawalla escaped custody in Nigeria after being apprehended when his Binance firm was accused of tax evasion in Nigeria.

Nigerian authorities are liaising with Kenyan authorities to extradite Anjawalla so that he can face the tax evasion charges in Nigeria.
