THE REBIRTH OF THE TANGATANGA DEMON

Years ago former president Uhuru Kenyatta called out on current president William Ruto and his congramulate for starting campaigning when he was still president. He even coined the infamous Tanga Tanga name.

Well, jokes on you the TangaTanga demon has come back to haunt the master of the art. DP Gachagua is unhappy about Ruto allied MPs that are doing rounds outside their constituencies.

According to the DP elected MPs are restrained by the jurisdiction of the constituencies and that the sole purpose of their position is to help their constituents. The president while speaking in Bungoma lashed out at Gachagua telling him that MPs were legislators and their legislative roles give them the power to tour areas outside their constituency.

The war of words between the Ruto allied leaders and the Gachagua camp continue with the ugly public display between them with exchange of gross words in public. The two camps have decided to air there dirty linen in public.

The rift between Ruto and Rigathi continues to widen and its like new political alliances are being forged. From Rigathi's comments in recent addresses it like he is being sidelined but looks to put on a spirited fight for his position in government.

Its like the TangaTanga has been reborn with the rebellion from central leaders an obvious thorn in the president's political agenda. As a famous politician once said political divorces are messy, noisy and always have political casualties. We will be following this one very keenly.
