10 Dead in Mai Mahiu Accident

An accident in Mai Mahiu has killed 10 people while injuring 7 others. The accident occured after a lorry lost control and rummed into four other cars.

Naivasha OCPD Stephen Kirui confirmed details of the accident saying that the people who perished in the accident were probably headed for a family function.

Witnesses say that the the trailer was heading from Nairobi and the driver lost control ramming into the rear of a matatu in Mai Mahiu.

All the people who perished in the accident were taken to UMME funeral home while the injured were taken to nearby hospitals.
