MAN KILLS 10-YEAR-OLD IN GESUSU WARD

A man from Geteri village in Gesusu ward killed his son after kicking him on the stomach. It is alleged that the boy angered his father after he had sent him to a nearby shop and he took long to deliver the goods he was sent for.

The boy was left unconscious by the blow and he died after he was rushed to a nearby hospital. Witnesses say that the father had given him several strokes before eventually kicking him on the stomach rendering the boy unconscious.

The father is now at large and is being looked for by security agencies who have urged anyone with information about the Gesusu man to report to the nearest police station.
