Kenyan comedian Eddie Butita has allegedly lost his account with over 355k subscribers on youtube.

Netizens declared that as part of the ongoing anti finance bill protests they were going to unfollow allies and people close to Ruto camp.

Butita is not the only casualty in this social media war, Kenyans have sent posts online to unfollow people like Karen Nyamu who posted that she can no longer use her Whatsapp accounbt because people reported it as a spam account.

Politicians like Oscar Sudi are also in the spot amid this online protests. The Gen Zs are apparently serious about this protests and we wait to see what happens online to the president's supporters.
