GACHUBA BODA BODA RIDERS DECRY BAD STATE OF ROADS IN THE AREA

Boda Boda riders from Gachuba have lamented about the dire state of their roads which is undercutting their business and limiting their profits. The riders have called for their leaders to make speedy interventions to ameliorate the situation of bad roads in the area.

The riders had a number of grievances citing that elected leaders have neglected them. Talking to Ndizi TV the riders say that the lack of floodlights in the area is encouraging crime in the area and also putting the lives of riders who operate at night at risk.

They are also asking county agencies to complete the construction of a fresh produce market that was started a while back and is still incomplete.

The riders from Gachuba also cite that the use of illicit brew, drugs and substances has become very prevalent among their riders and have asked their chief to intervene and initiate crackdown on illicit brew in the area.
