IG Kanja Tranfers all Kware Police Station Officer over Mukuru Saga
Angry residents from Mukuru kwa Njenga yesterday stoned police officers as they went to the Kware scene in the wake of more dismembered bodies being discovered at the quarry.
As police look to start probe into the Mukuru Killings, acting police Inspector General has now tranferred all the police officers at Kware Police Station to pave way for credible investigations.

In a media presser this afternoon Kanja said he had actioned the transfers to give indepent investigators ample time to conduct credible and unbiased investigations into the killings.
"To ensure fair and unbiased investigations, I have moved the officers from Kware Police Station," he stated.
The IG said that he will constitute a multi agency task force to conduct investigations and file a report within the next 21 days.
"Our officers in collaboration with the ODPP are working tirelessly to conclude the investigations within 21 days."
"The police service and I would like to assure the public that we are committed to conducting transparent, thorough, and swift investigations," he added.
IG Kanja also revealed that the other 8 bodies retrieved from Kware were all female and had been maimed and dismembered like the rest of the bodies.
