"All we have to do is defeat our enemies, Ghana. At Sunday's squad practice at City Park Stadium, Tamnai stated in an interview that "their crowd will be our biggest enemy."
"The beef is always there and Kenya is always fired to face Ghana."
According to Tamnai, mental toughness will make a difference, therefore players will need to step it up if they want to cut.
She urged the young athletes aspiring to make their debut for their country's national team to show their mettle in the weight room.
"We need to make room for new players and provide a nurturing environment where they can flourish. Senior players need to help them refine their raw skills and correct them," Tamnai stated.
Tamnai states that maintaining their rankings is one of the team's goals. The former player for the University of Nairobi stated that it's time to prove they have matured as they have learned from past tournament experiences.
