4 Police Officers and 2 Civilians Will Be Detained for 4 Days to Allow Investigation into Sh2 Million Theft

To finish the investigation into the theft of Sh2 million in Utawala, four police officers and two civilians will be held in police custody for four days.

The 14 days requested by the prosecution were denied by Trial Magistrate Geoffrey Onsarigo. He ordered that two people be kept at the Ruai police station and the other four at the Kayole police station.

Last Thursday of last week, the suspects were taken into custody. According to the complaint filed with Kayole Police Station, Peter Owino, money was taken from his car and it was broken into.

To validate the investigation's progress, the suspects will appear in court on Friday.
