Major Swaps in Kenyan Cabinet

In a rare change of heart , president William Ruto has nominated Ms. soipan Tuyo as the cabinet secretary for Defence  forces  the position which was previously occupied by Mr. Aden Duale.

Aden Duale was also nominated as the cabinet secretary for environment, climate change and forestry. The position was previously occupied by Ms. Soipan Tuyo. 

This brings a sense of position swapping in the cabinet rather than what was expected by the public of sacking all the cabinet secretaries. 

Other retained cabinet secretaries inclide Kithure Kindiki,alice wahome,david chirchir .
