DOCTOR MURDER IN NAKURU: DCI DISPROVES HOSPITAL'S ALLEGATIONS OF CCTV VIDEO MANIPULATION
Dr. Lang'at left a Nakuru County local club the night before he was murdered and arrived at the hospital in the early hours of the following morning. But why the intern showed up for work while he was meant to be off duty is still being looked into by the cops.
Two mysterious clues have been unearthed by police looking into the murder of Dr. Laban Lang'at, who was discovered dead at the Nakuru Level 5 Hospital last week.
Dr. Lang'at left a Nakuru County local club the night before he was murdered and arrived at the hospital in the early hours of the following morning.
But why the intern showed up for work while he was meant to be off duty is still being looked into by the cops.
Additionally, the cops refuted allegations made by the hospital administration that the CCTV footage from the murderous night had been altered.

The administration claims that while the cameras were working that tragic day, they weren't working when the murder was committed.
For this reason, they asserted that someone entered the CCTV control center of the establishment and altered the video. Not much is known about the suspect at this time.
Additionally, before they arrived at the facility, detectives pieced together the last communication that Dr. Lang'at had with a boda rider.
The boda rider claims that the doctor approached him intoxicatedly outside of a Nakuru neighborhood bar.
Following a brief discussion on the transportation fees, the physician hopped on the motorcycle and headed to Nakuru Level 5 Hospital.
"He didn't say anything the whole way. The rider clarified that he got off outside the building at a crossroads that led to the staff quarters and the maternity wing.
Yegon claims that before the rider drove away, the intern moved in the direction of the maternity wing. However, Dr. Lang'at was discovered dead the next day, 50 meters from the hospital's entrance, and disposed of in a drainage next to the maternity wing.
After the body was examined postmortem, it was determined that the doctor had died from strangulation. Medical personnel asked the police to expedite the case and apprehend the criminals as soon as possible after the occurrence.
