Kenya Airlines gets the global award for best airline staff service in Africa.

The 2024 World Airline Awards which were held in London,  Kenya Airways took up the Best Airline Staff Service in Africa title.
The national carrier's employees were acknowledged for providing outstanding customer service.
The worldwide air transport rating agency Skytrax, which organized the award ceremony in London, stated that Kenya Airways employees were the best in the continent for providing outstanding customer service.
Allan Kilavuka, the managing director and chief executive officer of Kenya Airways, has thanked the organization for the honor.According to Kivaluka, the national airline would be motivated to improve personnel service delivery as a result of the honor.
"This accomplishment is evidence of the unshakable commitment and outstanding support exhibited by our team members every day," said Kenya Airways CEO.
