MAN KILLED IN BOGEKA FOR STEALING MAIZE

A man from Bogeka in Kisii county was beaten by an angry neighbour after she caught him stealing maize from her house.

The act has shocked many people from the area and have asked residents in the area to be tolerant and to use government security agencies to resolve their disputes.

It is alleged that the woman had called the man to question him about his act when they disagreed and she hit him with a blunt object.

A community health worker tried to do first aid on him before he was rushed to a nearby hospital, upon arrival to a medical facility the man unfortunate man succumbed to his injuries.
