The court case about the suspected bestiality of a 60-year-old Kisii County man is scheduled to begin.

Following immoral behavior with their family dog at their Mosocho Village house, Fredrick Macarios was arrested by his wife.

In the early hours of Sunday morning, the guy quietly left their home, leaving the wife inside, according to a police report on the incident.

It wasn't long after that the woman said their dog started barking strangely, alerting her to the situation and making her go outside to investigate.

Her husband left their home at around 1:00 a.m. after hearing their female dog barking and crying a lot. She also hurried outside to investigate, and to her dismay, she discovered her husband, Frederick Macarios, a 60-year-old Kisii male adult, had committed an unusual offense with their domestic female dog named "Poster," according to a portion of the police report.

Police noted, "She raised an alarm which alerted more family members who witnessed the act."

According to Kenya's Penal Code, Section 162(b) defines bestiality as an unnatural act.

If proven guilty of the crime, the maximum sentence for imprisonment is 14 years.Additionally, Section 163 stipulates that anyone who tries to perform any kind of unnatural offense faces a minimum of 7 years in prison.
