POLICE ARE LOOKING INTO CLAIMS OF A STRAINED LOVE IN THE MURDER OF THE SUPERMARKET`S MANAGER.
According to the insider, the suspect who supposedly confessed to killing the manager accused him of betraying him, which is what sparked the deadly attack inside a rental home close to Naivasha town.
In connection with the death of a manager at one of the best supermarkets in the community, Naivasha police are looking into a possible case of love gone wrong.
About the gruesome murder of the 38-year-old manager two weeks ago, the police have detained one suspect, a 25-year-old.
Along with the deceased's clothing, the officers also found the murder weapons and technological equipment.
When the manager didn't show up for work on May 22, the police had to break into his home and discover the dismembered body lying in a pool of blood.
A source with knowledge of the investigations claims that before they fell out, the suspect had an affair with the dead.

According to the source, "the suspect had the victim's house key and would visit him regularly before they fell out, leading to the attack two weeks ago."
The manager was killed by the suspect, according to the cop, who then carted off some electronics and personal belongings after killing him with a kitchen knife out of rage.
The suspect will be charged with murder, according to Naivasha OCPD Stephen Kirui.
He claimed that the suspect, who shared a neighborhood with the manager who was killed, was located by the investigating authorities through the use of phone records and CCTV footage.
"Among other stolen goods, the investigating officers found a TV, a tablet, cooking gas, and bloodstained clothing in the suspect's home," he stated.
After more questioning, the suspect took the police back to the deceased's home, where they found the murder weapons, according to Kirui.
He stated, "It's clear from preliminary investigations that the two knew each other, and that's how the suspect managed to access the victims' house with ease."A middle-aged guy was attacked by a hippo in the North Lake area, and he is currently struggling for his life at the Naivasha Sub-County Hospital. Hippo attacks on fishermen at the shore are becoming more common, according to Grace Nyambura, chairperson of the boat owners association for Lake Naivasha and Oloidien.
