POMP AND COLOUR AT KDF PASS OUT

There was pomp and color at the KDF pass out at Eldoret today, the graduates were seen marching in their full ceremonial military regalia at the base.

The ceremony was presided over by president William Ruto. Speaking at the ceremony the president commended the military and said that he was going to improve the welfare of military personnel.

Ruto said that he was proud of the cohort that was graduating today and applauded their courage and bravado for finishing the revered KDF training program.

“First of all, I will like to congratulate this year’s cohort for their valiant efforts in completing their training,” he said.

The president said that his government was committed to equipping military personnel with the necessary equipment to enable them deal with emerging security threats.

“We are committed to give you the best equipment and resources to enable you to cope with new security threats,” Ruto said.

It was an emotional pass out following the recent demise of General Ogolla who was the Chief of Defence Forces.
