Students wishing to be placed in universities, TVET institutions, Teachers Training Colleges (TTC), Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), and Open University of Kenya (OUK) can apply now.
The KCSE class of 2023 and Form 4 leavers (KCSE 2000 to 2022) are among those targeted.
Exams were administered to at least 903,260 candidates between October 23, 2023, and November 20, 2023.
The ministry reports that of the 899,453 candidates who took the 2023 KCSE, 450,554 were male and 448,899 were female.
On January 8, 2024, the results were made public in Eldoret.
They demonstrated that even though sub-county secondary schools were home to 66% of examination centers in 2023, they only turned out seven A students nationwide.
Less than 1% of KCSE exam centers are national schools, however, they generated 899 A candidates. There were 172 As at extra-county schools and only 5 As in county schools.
