TRANSPORT CS MURKOMEN VISITS RWANDA FOR MINISTERIAL BILATERAL TALKS
Transport CS Kipchumba Murkomen traveled to Kigali to hold ministerial bilateral meetings with his Rwanda counterpart. The talks are aimed at increasing cooperation between Kenya and Rwanda.
Transport CS Kipchumba Murkomen traveled to Kigali to hold ministerial bilateral meetings with his Rwanda counterpart. The talks are aimed at increasing cooperation between Kenya and Rwanda.
In the meeting, Murkomen will have discussions on how to enhance transport and logistics between the two countries. He assured Kenyans that the meeting would have positive outcomes and emphasized on the importance of cooperation between East African countries in the transport and logistics sector.
The Cs is also scheduled to meet with the Rwandese minister for regional cooperation James Kaberebe while in Kigali.
The meeting is a result of a preceding meeting where his Rwandese counterpart visited Nairobi on the 16th of February for similar talks.
The engagement in February discussed issues like resolving non-tariff barriers and other issues hindering trade between the two countries.
