A meeting scheduled to occur between Health CS and union officials did not occur, dashing hopes of ending the strike. Susan Nakhumicha in a press address on Tuesday said that the government is doing everything to ensure the situation is resolved.
Meanwhile, services in public health facilities have stalled forcing Kenyans to visit private facilities where they have to pay out of pocket for any services rendered.
