HUDUMA CENTERS TO PROVIDE NINE JUDICIAL SERVICES TO KENYANS
The capacity to file new civil cases, file papers in an ongoing case, seek and receive mention dates, and use virtual court links to acquire virtual court support are just a few of the options provided.
Beginning on January 29, 2024, nine court services will be available to Kenyans from various Huduma Centers located throughout the country.
The capacity to file new civil cases, file papers in an ongoing case, seek and receive mention dates, and use virtual court links to acquire virtual court support are just a few of the options provided.
Another service is asking for and getting sermons to enter appearance. The website provides access to extracted court orders and decrees, certified or uncertified procedures, copies of verdicts and judgments, and notices to appear in divorce cases.
E-filing assistance is the other service. The service will assist citizens with regaining their accounts and changing their passwords, opening E-filing accounts, navigating the system, and learning how to use the Judiciary Public Information desk for self-help.
At the approved Huduma centers, Kenyans will also be able to pay penalties and deposits.
The service will allow users to pay for all additional deposits as required by a court order, as well as receive payment invoices and pay penalties and cash bail.
The Huduma Centers in GPO Nairobi, City Square, Makadara, Kibra, Eastleigh, and Thika are the only locations where the services will be offered
