According to prosecution Ochieng killed Felix Kelian a DCI officer attached with Kabete Police Station in Kikuyu town on March 16.
Allan Ochieng was arrested alongside six other suspects including Joseph Mwenda Munoru AKA DJ Joe Mfalme.
DPP issued a notice that DJ Joe Mfalme and 4 others had turned into state witnesses in the murder probe.
